Des Plaines, IL, November 1, 2012 - Van Ru Credit Corporation today announced an exclusive contract with RevSpring, previously PSC Info Group. The agreement with RevSpring enables Van Ru to further its goals of outstanding performance while continuing to maintain regulatory compliance using secure technology. Using RevSpring’s distributed production facilities allows documents to be created at the facility closest to the consumer, resulting in faster delivery. Equally important is the exceptional disaster recovery capacity given that production facilities are located in the Eastern, Midwestern and Western regions of the country.
Van Ru will be able to communicate with consumers according to their preferences – using any combination of email, text, interactive voice response or the USPS for both outbound and inbound communication. RevSpring’s consumer-centric model makes it more convenient for consumers to respond to Van Ru.
