With IMPOWER, this data is indexed into virtual "folders" within "cabinets" by patient, vendor, personnel or whatever you desire. For example, a patient cabinet would contain patient charts, a vendor cabinet accounts payable information and a personnel cabinet could be used for credentialing information, employment applications, tax forms and other employee-related information.

With +COLD, you can store claim forms, statements, practice management reports, transcriptions or just about any other computer-generated data available in electronic form. +COLD can be configured by you to handle new form types. Want to start storing a new Report? Just point-and-click and it's added.

Special statement processing allows electronic transfer of statements for remote printing, inserting and mailing by us. You can preview statements on-screen prior to storage/transfer and receive an on-screen statement count and balance total for confirmation of electronic transfers. Imagine looking at an exact copy of a statement while talking with the patient.

With IMPOWER's +COLD, healthcare industry-specific data can be stored in ways not available in generic COLD products. Electronic claims and remittances in ANSI or National Standard Format are converted into human readable format resembling their paper equivalents. And, as with all +COLD data, the claims are indexed automatically by patient.

By adding our AutoMatch product on top of this, claims and EOB's can be linked when retrieved on-demand or for batch processing.
