• National Change of Address (NCOA) - The NCOA database contains a three year move history and helps you find a debtor before you mail to them. It is updated every two weeks and contains more than 100,000,000 moves.
  
  
• Telephone Append Services - This service, which is offered as a separate or add-on service to NCOA, provides phone look-ups from white pages and operator-assist information that is electronically updated every two weeks by regional service providers.
  
  
• Proprietary Change of Address - PCOA can be used as an adjunct service to NCOA and provides you with up to 70 percent more move records. This private-source database has 150,000,000 address changes to go back five years.
  
  
• Postal Standardization and Cleansing - Our address correction software, which is CASS certified by the USPS, enables us to cleanse and enhance your files, thus increasing the percentage of letters delivered. Our software will complete missing fields, correct erroneous information and identify undeliverable addresses.
